The horizontal Grinding Machine SGM-7000A has succeeded the spec of SGM-7000 and equipped with the automatic measurement system. The automatic measurement system: the system measures thickness of the works, calculates the rest of lapping amount and re-start lapping movement by itself. Operator do not need to take measurement and calculates among his operation.

 Oscillating Movement System

The axis of the diamond Wheel goes back and forward. The back and forward movement allows the machine more damage less grinding. Because it lets slip stress of the grinding.

 Automatic On going Measuring System

Automatically measures the thickness of material, re-checks the thickness, and get final grinding. The operator needs no measuring and re-calculation of thickness until target thickness.

 Intermittent Grinding System

 Overrode Sensor System

The SGM-7000 Series has the overrode sensor system, Which has the function of more damage less grinding. Once the sensor acknowledges much orverrode than that of set, the system gets the material plate back, releases overdue stress among wheel and material, and once start to grind.
