This horizontal grinder adopted a cutting-edge mechanism in which the bearing of diamond wheel vibrates, realizing more sharp and precise grinding. This is a high-performance machine, which can be used in R&D laboratories, etc. as well as production plants.

Highly Precise Grinding thanks to a New Mechanism!

This machine adopted a new mechanism (patent applied) in which work pieces always touch the diamond wheel during the grinding and the bearing of the diamond wheel vibrates backward and forward. This mechanism enables you to produce flat surface in a short time.

Control of Feeding by the Micron!

In either automatic or manual feeding, this machine enables you to feed by the micron. Then, you can control the sizes without stress.

Precise and Smooth Motion Realized!

The bearings of the diamond wheel and work pieces were designed sophisticatedly based on our accumulated experiences, and a linear way was installed into the working part of this machine, to realize more precise and smooth motion.

Up to Mirror polishing Possible!

It is possible to polish up to mirror surface by changing the diamond wheels. In addition, the device for electrolytic dressing can be used optionally.

The parts to be processed are completely sealed with a cover and then you can work in a safe and clean environment.
