Bonding Machine KBM-100 Series

Bonding Machine KBM-100 Series are air press machines equipped with double independent air cylinders. When bonding work pieces, this machine cools and fixes them while compressing them on the carrier plate, enabling us to bond them quickly and uniformly in thickness. In addition, this machine ensures you against possible accidents.

Equipped with Independent Air Cylinders!

This machine has two independent air cylinders. You can select from 2 kinds of air cylinders: one supports up to φ6 inch and the other supports up to φ5 inch.

Cooling Mechanism Realizes Quick and Homogeneous Bonding!

Cooling while compressing workpieces on carrier plate allows us to see quick and homogeneous bonding. The cooling tank is placed under the bonding plate.

Thoroughgoing Safety Measures!

As a safety measure, this machine installed a system in which the compressing plate lifts up unless you press two switches with your both hands for a certain period of time; this system will prevent the accidents due to compressing.

Bonding Table

The body of this machine is fixed to the bonding table. The upper side can be used as a bench.
